Nightmare BB problems on supersix evo!!
Ok I'm having a nightmare with the pf30 bb on my supersix evo (2013). I have a red gxp crank so first bought a wheels mfg adaptor to convert pf30 to gxp but i got a bad creak so I replaced it all with a truvativ press fit adaptor and gxp bb and the creak was worse! Next up is the Praxis screw together adaptor which many say is perfect for getting rid of the creaking but not for me! And whats even stranger is I installed the praxis following the instructions given on the website and it says once tightened fully there will be no gap on the drive side between cup and frame yet mine clearly has a 3-5mm gap when fully tightened?? Am I supposed to have a spacer on the drive side?
Any help will be much appreciated, I'm going insane with this bike!
Carl.

known issue.... as such
That isn't my issue, I don't have a preload adjusting crank and the gap is between the drive side cup and frame so even with the praxis bb fully tightened there is a few mm gap.0 -
Everybody knows creaking on Cannondale BB30's is a myth, It's simply an operator error.0

Turns out the creak was the rear wheels skewer!!
Only issue i have now is why my praxis bb wont tighten to the frame.0 -
