Decent Torque wrench on a budget is it possible?

Hi i am on quite a low budget of about £35 and i am in need of a torque wrench. I really need it mainly for fitting a crank at 50nm so i was going to ask if there is such thing as a decent torque wrench around my budget that can go up to 50NM. Thanks.
