boardman road bike sport, 28mm with full mudguard

I wonder if anyone manage to fit full mudguard with 28mm onto boardman road bike sport (red / black / 2016).

full mudguard i planned to use is SKS chromoplastic and I would benefit a lot from wider tyre for my commuter and training on bad road, plus pannier bag for shopping as well.
