2015 Scott Plasma 10 - spare parts

I need two spare parts for my 2015 Scott Plasma 10 bike.

I need these two parts
1.: At the top of the frame there is a plastic cap which helps routing the cables. I need that one. Here is a picture of that :

2.: The cable routing teflon which is routed inside the frame.

Could you help in getting these?

Thanks for the idea. Unfortunately for some reason there isn't any manual for the Plasma 10 2015 under that link so I checked the Plasma 5 and 4 manuals instead. I am not sure if any of these items can be the one which I am looking for :
