Hi Guys
I have bought my first full suspension bike Canyon AL 7.0
Its come to my attention that the rear Rock Shox has produced grease residue. I have had the bike for three days and wiped it out 2 times but it appears again.
I applied 300 psi to set 1/4 sag ( I am 80 kg ) but after some time it drops down to 200. I do not think that is normal.
I attached photo of it.
Please correct mew if I am wrong.

How do you know the pressure dropped to 200? If you attach the pump filling the hose and gauge will drop the pressure.

Not that unusual for a bit of residue for the first few rides.
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.

Because when I applied 300 psi and after removing the hose and plugging it right again it drops a little bit not 100 psi

The residue is quite often dust and dirt that sticks to the oil on the shaft, just wipe it away carefully (Around, not along the shaft!!)
