Frame advice request

Hi,
I was looking at buying a Cervelo R2 or a Wilier GTR with Ultegra but my LBS has turned my head with a De Rosa Vega frame.
Problem is I can't find any reviews on it and it's not even listed as a current frame on the De Rosa website.
Does anyone have any info on this frame and how it might compare to the R2 and Wilier?

I suggest you Wilier GTR beacause It is one of the best selling frames by Wilier.0

If you are thinking Wilier have a look at Math Salden, Dutch online shop. Appear to have good deals on Wilier framesets and full bikes depending on the size you want.0
