Front dérailleur mounting bracket/bolt

I have just had a number of upgrades arrive. Mainly in the name of ultegra 6700 as my bikes an original 10 speed microshift.

My front dérailleur is a 39.4mm, my new front dérailleur is 39.4mm yet the bolt isn't long enough to fit the new mount.

Both bolts are the same size in length which hasn't helped.

Looking at the old mount the whole bracket is thread compared to the 6700 only having a bolt mounted at the rear.

To me the new 6700 isn't as well made as the original 10 speed microshift which is annoying.

Jay, is there a question here or are you just saying 6700 is cr*p?

For some reason my phone didn't include the last section, where the question was.

Can anyone recommend a company that sell longer bolts to suit that aren't rubbish?

Could you not try a LBS, or local garage, hardware store?
