Going to Caerphilly , anyone got a route?

I've got an epic dad cab this weekend ( Kent, Gloucester, Caerohilly, Gloucester ,Kent,) son has a Wales RL squad camp for Sat Sun in Caerphilly. Thought I'd treat myself, take a bike and have ride while he's training. Anyone got any routes or know the area?
I've had a quick open source scan and found 1 route that was 35 miles odd butted some main roads on a circuit into Cardiff.
Another was 100+, bit too much.
Grateful for anything else.
