Android route planning app + coloring segments?

Hi,
I'm not sure this is the right forum for this topic, but it didn't seem completely wrong so I posted it here.
Hi, I'm looking for an app that let's me plan my route in advance and tracks me while riding it. It should also let me modify the route mid-tour. Now, here's the feature I haven't been able to find yet: Coloring certain roads and trails. For example, in a nearby forest there are some great and some terrible roads. I'd like to highlight the former in green on the map and the latter in red. The idea is that after a few rides I can pre-plan my route while easily avoiding bumpy roads and incorporating fun segments.
Someone suggested using Strava's segment function but at first glance I didn't like the app (seems to be more focused on just tracking) and it doesn't exactly do what I'm looking for. Is there any app out there that
has this feature?
