23 or 25mm tubs on 20mm rim (campy hyperon)

Hi guys,

Should I go for 23 or 25mm tubs on my campy hyperon wheels? Believe they are 20mm rim...

Wheels are for a colnago c60

They are tubulars, hence it doesn't make any difference what rim size you have.

its as Ugo says, also, tubs measure up true to size unlike Clinchers, so the only issue (and its unlikely) is tire to frame clearance.
fwiw, i cant tell the difference between 25 veloflexes and the 23 version, both are equally good.
