If you have purchased GPS watch or heart rate monitor recently, could you answer this survey:
http://suunto.fluidsurveys.com/surveys/ ... rvey/?l=en
Every response will enter a raffle where you can get a 50%discount to suunto.com, suunto bike bottles and suunto buff. Not perhaps anything special but also the answering will take only few minutes.
The questioner is from Suunto, as we try to get better understanding from the athletes why they have purchased exactly this watch.

I'll fill in later but, in the meantime, have you considered having any of your products tested and reviewed against traditional GPS units? I'd be happy to do that at roubaixcycling.ccMy blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)

Just an observation which may, or may not be relevant to manufacturers, sellers and users.
Prior to buying a smart watch I decided to try wearing my traditional watch out on a ride to see how I got on with looking at the time to simulate looking at stats.
Long story short, I got a Garmin 25 instead.
Looking at a watch face whilst cycling just isn't for me.The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.Veronese68 wrote:PB is the most sensible person on here.0 -
I have a forerunner- on my wrist for running and tracking hikes, on the bars for cycling. Jack of all trades and sufficiently good at them too0
