Need advice regarding entry level hybrid bike

Hello everyone, I'm planning to buy a hybrid bike and my budget is below $450. Mostly I do cycling within the city. On weekends I generally go for 40km rides.

So, far I've chosen 3 models which are :-
1. Giant 2016 Escape 3
2. Trek 7.1FX
3. Schwinn Super Sport 3

I don't have a deep knowledge about the cycle parts. So, I can't decide which one to buy. So, kindly please share your views with me. If anyone can suggest me some other models it would be really nice. I just need a basic hybrid bike with no suspension and no disc brake. Speed is my priority over comfort.

You need to post links to the bikes you are looking at, this is a UK based website and your use of the $ suggests you aren't in the UK and specification vary worldwide.

Giant and Trek (and other big named brands) tend to be rubbish at this price point, some real stinkers out there.
