Cassette wobble during coasting... normal?

Hey guys and girls.
Diamondback customer service rep is telling me this is normal and within tolerances and its normal for cassette to wobble like this for bike wheel/hub at "this price point"
This is brand new Diamondback Haanjo.
Here is quick video I took of the wobbly cassette during coasting on bike stand.
Please let me know if its normal or I should request a new part (FreeHub Body?). I am very mechanically inclined and have all the proper tools for servicing.

I've seen similar on some of mine. Nothing to worry about.0

How can they justify that with cost? It seems ridiculous to me. Sorry for stating the obvious, but you have put the correct spacers in?0

Normal, the freehub run on bearings and if they are the cup/cone type like in the case of Shimano it does wobble a bit... old freewheels used to wobble more than thatleft the forum March 20230

My road bike was a bit cheaper than that but it gets similar wobble from the cassette. I doesn't seem to have done any harm yet!0
