I would like to purchase a frame set with a view to fitting either Di2 or SRAM etap.
I have the following list of frames I am considering

KTM Revelator

TCR advanced pro

Trek emonda sl

CAAD12

Don't want to spend more than £1500 on frame . Any others that I may have missed or any bargains out there ?

I'll muddy the waters with a suggestion for the Genesis Zero frameset

Well within your budget and Di2 compatible

I'm very happy with my CAAD12. Obviously it's aluminium which some people think of as being either "old school" or "old fashioned".

I don't think Cannondale sell one with di2 although it's got internal cabling so I imagine that it will accomodate electronic shifting okay.

Beat me to it, this is my next frameset.

If its good enough for the Madison Genesis Team then I reckon it will be fine for me.
Obsessed is a word used by the lazy to describe the dedicated!

Are there any frames out there just for etap? I saw it in the flesh on a Boardman at the weekend and it looks lovely. Bit of a travesty having to have plugs in the internal routing holes though. Get an externally routed frame like an Izalco Max and file the bosses off?

Thanks for the Genesis frame suggestion. I like the non team version and a good price too.

Did look at frames with external routing only if i go Etap but wouldn't like to be filing the bosses off !

Splendid looking bike - I have some DCR handbuilts on the way and will hopefully get them by the end of the week.
Are you happy with the bike ? Suitable for doing a century on ?

With the CAAD12 be aware of yet another poxy Cannondale BB change. They've now gone to BB30a, a whole extra 5mm. I'm sure there's some tech nonsense to back it up but to me I think it's a sham to stop you using shimano cranks.
Cannondale are too blatant about that sort of stuff for me. That alone put me off upgrading my warrantied CAAD 10 frame to the 12.
Praxis don't yet do a bb30a converter, neither do anyone else as far as I know, except wheels manufacturing. I tried one if theirs in my 10 and it was absolute ****, half and hour in the garage with a hacksaw and a bit of waste pipe and you could come up with better.
Also comes without a post, with the post being 25.4, surprise surprise you will probably end up buying one from Cannondale. That CAAD 12 frame should be listed as £950.
They were next to useless with my warranty process too. I've gone from being a 'dale fan to probably never buying one of their bikes again.
