Misaligned rear dropout - can I fix it?
My daughter's bike has a bent rear axle caused by a misaligned frame dropout. It's a cheap Tesco sports bike so I'm presuming a manufacturing defect.
It's only a mm or so out at the axle but but throws the axle well out by the other side.
How can I sort it? Dare I risk bending? Maybe file out the dropout? Just not tighten the wheel so much that side (I think it got worse after I fixed a puncture).

i wouldnt bend it i'd just make sure the wheel is centred when fitting it, this is/was the normal for many of old school steel framed but like mine and i understand is also a problem with the current top of the range cannondale carbon supersix evo.
a pain but not really a problem if you line it up correctlyRule #5 // Harden The Feck Up.
Rule #9 // If you are out riding in bad weather, it means you are a badass. Period.
Rule #12 // The correct number of bikes to own is n+1.
