The boa fastening system failed on my cycling shoe and a few minutes googling I found that boa, as a company, guarantee their products for life.
I emailed the company on Monday making a polite enquiry and establishing the fault with the system which was responded to in a matter of hours and the net effect was I received two replacements today posted from Austria.
The shoes are four years old so I'm chuffed with such a strong customer aftercare approach from Boa.
Now contrast that with a new £4K and a squealing front disc brake. The shop couldn'tresolve the squeal but offered to sell me some more pads.....

Take pad out, scuff it up on the garage floor, smear copper slip on the back of the pad, replace.Advocate of disc brakes.0
