Spoke length - can they all be the same?

I am trying to buy a few extra spokes for an upcoming tour so I measured them (front, back left side, back right side) and they all seem to be the same length. I am used to have a bit of variance in length but this is the first time I have measured a disc brake wheel. Is it possible that they are all the same or have I messed up?

Shimano Deore M525A disc hubs

    They will be similar 1-2 mm difference... just get the shorter length and bring with you nipples of 12/14 and 16 mm length from DT Swiss
