Forgive me if I'm being far to technical, but that's just the way I roll.

Where can I buy replacements for thingys in the frame (carbon) into which the bottle cage bolts screw?

Not forgetting the obvious follow up question:-

and what do I stick them in with?

    bosses, mounts

    if the hole is in good condition, a rivnut might do it, but if things are messed up it might be best to contact a cf repair specialist

    epoxy would be best if you need to glue cf

    Have you got a picture? My Pinarello just had rivnuts and when they worked loose I went to my local engineering supplies shop and bought a rivnut 'gun'. It is like a pop rivet gun with various threaded heads. You thread the head into the rivnut and then squeeze the handles together and it crimps the rivnut back up tight into the frame. This is the one I bought;

    If they are rivnuts and you can't get them tight again then they will need carefully drilling out and replacing with new ones. You will need to strip the bottom bracket out to clear all the remnants and swarf out of the frame.
