Fuji or Ridley?

Hi,
I have decided to invest in a new cross bike for my 20km 3 days a week ride to work and to some fun in The Woods in weekends.
So, based on my budget i have now narrowed it down to these two bike.
1.

The Fuji bike is 150£ More Expensive than The ridley.
My question for you, based on The specifications on each model what would you Choose? Are The Fuji worth The upgrade.
Ive tried both cycles and enjoyed Them both. But onsure witch to choose.
Maybe you have a better suggest in The 600-800£ cross bike range.
