Frog mudguards

The mudguards that come with the frog 55 are not a great fit. The back one continuously catches the wheel making quite a noise. Does anyone have any suggestions. I've already tightened it as much as I can?

    if its the same as the guard on my daughters frog (attaches to seatpost) then you can adjust the angle by loosening the nut holding the guard, angling it up then retightening.
