My Voodoo cyclocross bike has 700x35 tyres, on double wall rims, with quite a chunky tread. I would like to replace them with something slicker for the Summer. I was looking at fitting 700x25 tyres, will they be too narrow for the rims, or should I fit 28s? I have not measured the internal rim width, but information suggests they are 19mm.

    700 x 28c is the narrowest I would go on those rims.
