Seems I have a problem with my rear brake, it's braking very good at all.

When I pull the lever back I can still move the wheel. I thought it might be the pads, but there is roughly 3mm on still on them.

I might of sprayed some muc off bike spray on the discs. What can I use to clean these??

Any other ideas what to problem is??

Thanks

Clean the rotor in isopropyl alcohol and soak the pads in it, the clean both off and polish off just the tiniest layer of the pads. After just a few brake engagements they should work

You may still need to get some new pads even after that.
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.

bro in law did this recently - I cleaned disc with fairy and then sanded it, then gave the pads a right good sand. did the trick.
