Thinking about splashing out on a really good pair of bib shorts for longer rides in the summer and I'm seriously tempted by the Assos ones with the space for your junk. No idea about sizing though. As above, M in everything but Castelli for which I buy large, what should Assos be? I'm roughly 5'9"-10", around 78-80kg and trousers are usually 34" waist. Average everywhere (ahem). Any ideas?

SHOULD be M, like dhb. I take L in dhb, assos, lusso, parentini, isadore, and XL in castelli.
That said, you aren't far off my weight, spot on my height and generally height is one of the better comparitors.
What model you after? Get from Wiggle, buy M and L, use paypal pay in 14 days?My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)

I'd say large TBH - Castelli and Assos sizing is pretty similarFFS! Harden up and grow a pair0

Probably the t.cento s7. Which is where my concern comes from since the description says they're great for early season after piling on the pounds. Now I'm at that age where the pounds don't really go anywhere!!0 -

Have you tried the equipes yet? Just wondering how the meat and two veg comfort stacks up. I reckon L in equipe and M in the cento if that's what I go for.0 -
Assos sizing goes off height, assuming all buyers are slim cyclists.
I'm 185cm, 88kg and am a large.Insta: ATEnduranceCoaching

They're sublime. Very compressive though, perhaps more so than the Mille.
Stomach cut low but not as low as I'd feared so all fine there. I might have had slight nipple friction at one point but I'd probably just put it down to one of those things that does occasionally happen. My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)
