New frame

My Focus Cayo frame is looking like it could be knackered (completely seized bottom bracket that may or may not be removable). If it is knackered I need a new frame and forks to replace it with (seeing as I've got a brand new Ultegra groupset and Ksyrium wheels waiting to go on it).
I don't want to spend too much money on a new frameset, and I haven't really kept up with which frames are best at the moment. Any suggestions?
