Fulcrum Racing 3 Tubeless????
Just considering changing over to my summer tyres.
Very briefly read a tyre review article in Cycling Weekly yesterday where it talked about running the Schwalbe One tubeless.
Does this mean I could run the same setup as per my mountain bike where I have got a rim strip (don't think I would need this with the Racing 3's), a valve, plus the latex and do away with a tube, as opposed to conventional road tubeless tyres, or using an inner tube?

Yes, tubeless road tyres, values and sealant.0

Thanks G00se,
By values i'm guessing you're talking about the valve stems.
Have you ever tried to seal a non-tubeless tyre as this is what the article seemed to be suggesting?
I have managed it with my mountain bike but not on the road bike.0 -
Complete tubeless Presta values, not just the stems - you need the cores too
I've only ever used 'proper' tubeless tyres. I get the impression that using regular tyres with road tubeless system can be more problematic compared to MTB - blowing off the rim and such. But only from what I've read on here. Worth asking and searching on the pinned tubeless thread in the Road Buying Advice forum.0
