Pannier Rack mounts for a Giant Defy 0

Hi,
I recently purchased a 2015 Giant Defy 0 and would like some advice on what Pannier rack mounts I can get. I know the bike max weight is 125KG. I am cycling from northern France to Santander and need decent rack and bags.
The defy has screw holes at the bottom of the frame but none at the top so I think I will need to get a seat stem for the top?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You need the Giant D-Fuse seat collar with rack fitting in place of your standard seat post collar.

As for racks look at Giants own range.

There are other brands though I have no experience of them or the Giant range.0
