Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone knew when a new version of the Voodoo Bizango will be released? I am looking to purchase the Bizango but unsure whether to hold off for a newer version. Any information about a new version specs is appreciated as well.

Cheers,

I read somewhere that they release every 2 years, but not sure if that information is reliable or not. Actually when did they release the current bizango?

Oh right! You might be correct as google images shows the same bike for 2013 and 2014. Not sure I can wait another year to get re-started with mtb :D

I'm not entirely sure of the date but a Halfords blog was released on 30th June 2015 (https://halfordsblog.com/2015/06/30/new-voodoo-bizango/) on the new one so I assume it was released around then.

If that's the case then you have another year to wait haha :D I just bought the current one really, pretty impress so far :) but the seatpost is still a bit high for my height haha sucks being short 5"7/5"8

Aha. No I'll to purchase one in the coming weeks if that is the case.

How do you find the 29er for less traditional mtb riding? I.e. for bunny hops, jumps, street etc.? I'd quite like to be able to play around on it but unsure how manoeuvrable it will prove?

Still getting used to it tbh but so far so good find it quite good riding in the woods though, haven't tried it on twisty trails yet im still exploring the woods near mine. Surely someone else who has it will give more info about the bike.

I'd say its pretty fast whether off-road and tarmac.

There is a voucher code at Topcashback that will reduce the overnight ~£530 promo price to ~£477 and then you can get 4.2% cashback too, until next Wednesday.

Plus British Cycling membership will give you another 10% off, but I don't know if you can use this for online purchases.

Unfortunately we are unable to combine the 10% British Cycling Membership discount with the 10% Topcashback voucher as the membership is for use in store whereas the voucher is for use online. A shame as I was starting to feel like I was on Extreme Couponing  (Not that I have ever watched it!). Nevertheless, its a great deal so I will pop along to Halfords this weekend. Cheers for the tip Nitrous :)

It's a great cross country bike, you won't find better for the money.
It's no good for street though, nothing at this price is other than rigid jump bikes.
