Jockey wheels - good/bad

Have bought a couple of cheaper brand jockey wheels fall n the past and also some Zoom ones off eBay (pricey but seemed pretty good/long lasting). Question is, are there any particular cheapies on eBay I should either avoid like the plague or are actually pretty good?

Need to buy a set and just being tight.
