Bike drying tips

Hi
Just ventured into the world of full suspension. After my ride on sat I sponged and gently rinsed it then dried with a soft cloth, but I was concerned about not getting right into all the pivots etc, should I be worried about getting them fully dry? Is there a technique? Toyed with using my wife's hair drier but not sure it'll help.

Give the bike a good bounce up and down. Should get some of the collected water out from any unwanted nooks and crannys0

Don't wash more often than necessary. In dry weather just brush the dust off. Water is the killer, not dirt.I don't do smileys.

Totally agree, I wash mine when needed. Summer I usually dust off where the worst of it is an clean the drivetrain up. Water an more so cleaning agents can get into places you dont want washing out grease or lubricants, plus its a really annoying when youve cleaned the bike an the brakes squeal.0
