HI guys - I've been advised that crud type mudguards will be fine on my new Vita Comp - I've no experience of these and have always had bikes with full mudguards. Any thoughts o n this?

Assuming your bike is this? https://www.evanscycles.com/specialized-vita-comp-carbon-2016-women-s-hybrid-bike-EV244810

Then no crud road racers are too narrow, your bike has 30mm tyres. You may get some touring type guards or some of the better MTB ones give very good coverage.

Thanks for coming back to me re the mudguards - bikes not the carbon one. LBS is fitting cruds, I'll try them out and if need to fit full mudguards. Can't possibly get my yellow jacket manky
