Which Ultimate / model comparison / advice

A question that has been asked many times before (and previously once by me) but I am just about to press the buy button on one of the following Ultimate's but wanted to find out whether anyone out these has one of these or has considered buying one;

The SLX 8.0 Di2 is £750 pounds more expensive than the SL 9.0 Team version, but only 100grams lighter according to Canyon. So the big difference is in the wheel and gear performance and frame colour. Another consideration is braking, and I think the Ultegra brakes are slightly better?
I prefer the team frame colour (movistar) and campagnolo wheels which look awesome (though don't have the Exalith coating on like the Mavics which I am told increase bracking efficiency).
But I am just not too sure to go for ultegra di2 or chorus. Any advice out there?
