2016 Transition Scout

Bought a Scout frame to replace my Orange Crush, which to be honest only had the saddle as the remaining original component.



Spec: Fox floats, XT 1x10, XT brakes, reverb, Hope headset, 35mm stem and seatclamp,custom Charge spoon, Enve carbon riser bars, Stans Arch rims on Superstar hubs, tubeless Maxxis Ardents.

Had its first ride this evening and I'm smitten already. It took a little getting used to, It just wants to boost itself off everything. I found myself airborne over everything that my crush would tend to roll over. Climbs really well too.
looking forward to putting it through the paces at Afan on tuesday.

Very nice. These bikes are awesome.
Give it some real abuse, the harder you ride it, the better it gets.
Is that a Fox 36 up front?

Chaps, It's a 32 off my Crush. I've got a new Pike ready to go off to be shortened to 140.

150mm works really well on the Scout.
I emailed Transition to ask if it was OK to run 150mm and they told me that's fine and most of them run that length on their Scouts.
