Sell as one bike or separates?

Am getting a brand new 2016 Fuji Gran Fondo Carbon frame set FOC due to a manufacturing fault on my 2 year old Fuji which I had added Ultegra chain set and Campag Eurus. However have now upgraded to a Giant Defy with disc brakes so cannot transfer campag wheels to new bike.
Evans have said they can basically transfer everything onto the new frame and I'll affectively have a new bike to keep or sell.
Any steer on if I am better selling the bike as one or separates please?
