Garmin / Strava lost ride issue ??!?!

So, I commute 11-12 miles each way and when home I upload rides via Garmin 520 to Strava via bluetooth. Normally, sweet as a nut. However, today, depsite the ride being logged on my Garmin unit, it has not uploaded to Garmin connect and thus synced with strava.

I have searched and found nothing within sub menus to 'resend' the ride so can anyone advise how I can do this ? I am flummoxed - I thought I would go into history, rides etc and find a transfer option but alas nothing I can work out.

Just follow the instructions on the "Manual Upload" tab here: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity-sync

All your activities are recorded as .fit files on the device, you just need to find the one with the correct date+time for your missing ride and upload it manually.

(If it doesn't sync automatically to Strava after doing this, Strava have a similar manual upload option - just do the same thing again)
