Just wondering if anyone has used https://www.bromptonbikehire.com/

Are the bikes in good nick? And more more importantly what is availability like? I would be planning on picking one up from Bristol - they have docks at Bristol Temple Meads and Parkway.

One of the hassles is only being able to reserve about 24hours before so no time to make other arrangements if there is no bike in the lockers. I'm interested in folding as I want to take one with me on a narrowboat trip where space is tight.
You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.

Used them from Tonbridge a few times when I get home and don't have my brompton with me. Yes they're well maintained, they are the 3 speed with dynamo lights so they aren't exactly light but they are a bargain to rent and the helpline has never let me down if there's a problem with the locker or bike. Really good service, also used a few when we did a kent village pub crawl last summer and a few mates came along without bikes.
