Been offered one of these by a guy at work. Been to see it and, although not pristine, it appears to be in good overall condition. He simply said " have think about it and make me an offer, what is a reasonable ballpark price to offer ?

Without knowing the full spec is hard to be exact. The fork looks a bit short for it, and of course the condition will play a big part. Have you checked the bearings over?
I can't see more than a couple of hundred quid from that pic. Would be worth a bit more split up.0 -
