Obviously I'll pop in to test but, 54 Supersix and 54 XLS I'm guessing I need a medium (50)??
Anyone got one btw? This will be for cycling to work.

They Defy Medium has a E.T.T. of 54.5cm so yes I would say a 50 Med would be the correct size.0

I have bought a TCR to replace my evo. After having a fit, my reach is the same measurement oddly, but the bike feels so much smaller, compact and fitting well. Also, I am on a set back post for the first time in years. Was measured at the shop and they concluded I am deceptively tall, in so much I look 5'7 but am over 5'9, but its body, not legs. Either way, I am slap bang in the middle of a Giant medium size guide and it feels and fits beautifully. So, yes, for you a medium all day long. You may need a 100mm stem...?!?! ( I know you are running 90mm on the evo ).0

The Defy Medium has a 100mm stem as standard.0

Comparing reach and stack the giant is more upright with a little less reach. A quick test ride will confirm sizing.0

Cheers guys. Will definitely be taking one out. Seems easily the best value of the bunch of bikes I was looking at.My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)

The geometry of the evo is very much different to the Defy - the fit of the evo being far more aggressive - stack/reach is most certainly lower.
Currently I own a 54 evo and an ML Defy Advanced - the key is to try the bike out for fit.
Is the equivalent Synapse not worth considering?0
