Is your current front mech direct mount?
Most people use the Expander rings with an XT cassette due to the need to swap cogs to get the progression, I don't see the extra cog on the list.. Plus little point in an expander if you have a triple chainset.
Brakes come with pads, no need to buy seperate.
Are your forks and frame post or IS mount?
Are your wheels centrelock or 6 bolt disc mount?Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0 -
Further from what rookie said, to use an expander with an slx cassette you will need to cut one of the clusters apart to remove the 17t cog, hence usually using an XT cassette as its not built in to the carrier. No need to also replace the 15t with a 16t (the extra cog he's referring to), but it does make for less of a jump between cogs.0

How about THIS offer from Merlin? It comes in at about £100 less than the list you have put together (but doesn't include rotors).“Life has been unfaithful

Not worth having an expander on a triple, no.
Mech is not direct mount, you need a clamp mount bottom pull, looks like 31.8 but can't be sure, most aftermarket are universal fit anyway.
Fork is PM mount, can't see a photo of the frame mount so no idea....does it look the same?
Shock is OK, but the forks would be the first thing I was changing on that bike.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
