I have a trek domane 5.9 2013 di2 and I would like to know which 28mm tyres will fit on the rear.

continental gp4000s don't fit

vittoria corsa g+ fit but cost over £50 each so looking for something cheaper

any help would be appreciated

Hutchinson Sector 28 tubeless fit my Koppenberg with 5mm or more clearance everywhere. Should be the same on other Domanes but you won't be able run mudguards.

Sectors come out at exactly 28mm wide on Easton EA90 tubeless. The combination of Domane and fat tubeless results in a truly sublime ride 8) . They wear well (over 3,000 kms and going strong), grip well and the weight isn't bad either. Wiggle have them (I'm sure other stores do too).

That is probably because the 28mm GP4000 is around 31mm when fully inflated. The GP 4seasons 28mm is actually around 28mm when inflated (on my bike at least), so they will probably work. I don't have your bike though, so can't confirm 100%.
