Road/city bike

Hello everyone,
I am new to bike radar forum and I was looking for advice to buy a bike. I am looking for a road bike that I can use around my city (Barcelona) but that I can also take out to the road on weekends. My price range is around 500 dollars. I found a touring bike in this price range but I am not sure about it. The bike is named "Adventure flat white" and it manufactured in England. Do you recommend other bikes or is it too difficult to find one in this price range?

    I know there's a decathlon in Barcelona. Check out their bikes. They get decent reviews.

    Having just had a look at the Flat White (crap name for a bike!), it is 'designed and developed in the UK' - not manufactured here.
    If you're wanting a very cheap tourer, it looks fine, but you could probably do much better for the outlay if touring is not your main reason for purchase.
    As Fenix has said, get down to Decathlon and see what they have around that price - this for example:
