You will soon be able to get a $99 upgrade for Shimano Ultegra Pedals to basically turn them into Garmin Vector Power Meter pedals?

So that's less than £150 for a Garmin Vector power set up?

Too good to be true?

    You will need a set of Vector pedals plus the $99 upgrade kit to use them with Shimano.
