I recently had the same issue but with UT bolts, ordered some KCMC ones off eBay in the end - figure they can't be LESS durable than the Campag ones (one of which had fallen out all on its own and another just crumbled as soon as I put a torx key in it). On the plus side, I managed to drill that one out without destroying the cranks, which made me feel all manly!

I haven't properly fitted them yet, but I have checked that they all fit and they do, so just a matter of taking the remaining old ones out and tightening them up the right amount and should be good to go.
