Training wheels

Hi all. Looking for some advice please.
I'm about to buy a lovely wheel-less bike.
My plan is to one day get a pair of lovely race wheels, but in the meantime I need some decent summer "training wheels" (I say summer as I will now have a designated winter bike with winter wheels).
I really have no idea on price etc, but based on the assumption that I'll end up spending £1K+ on the race wheels I assume £300 - £500 might be a reasonable region for the training wheels??
I'll be running Shimano 11 speed electronic shifting.
I'd really appreciate any help, advice, and guidance.
Thanks

Hope hubs on Archetype rims with a reliable spoke count for your weight.
These are my winter and race wheels.
Note, the freewheel is NOISY. If you're not into that look for something else.0
