Conti Super Sport Plus v. Michelin Pro 4 Endurance

I am going round in circles about which tyres to get!
My husband and I are cycling from Geneva to Nice next month and I want to change our tyres for something more puncture resistance, as I only have Michelin Dynamics on my bike and OH is always getting punctures (can't remember what he's got). I have Conti 4 Seasons on my commuter bike - for economy's sake I will possibly transfer them to my other bike, but ideally I'd like something relatively puncture-proof but that will run a bit faster. Also preferably not too expensive.
Does anyone have any opinions on these two tyres?

So you might get the pro4 endurance at a better price? They're a good all rounder, I now have them on my bike.0

The Michelin replacement for the Pro 4 gets a good review here, but you could do a lot work Conti 4 Seasons. I changed Rubino Pro 23s for 4 Seasons 28s. They are much more comfortable (and that allows you ride faster over a long distance), no slower and I have had no punctures over 2000 miles on Wiltshire roads. Whatever you choose I would definitely recommend going as wide as your frame will fit.

Thanks, I think the Power Endurance are going to be too expensive, I have seen the Pro 4 Endurance reduced, which will make it about half the price of the new ones. As I've just splashed out on new saddlebags, I'm trying to keep the rest of the costs for the trip in check!0

These are just Service Course (no Endurance), what I have on a set of wheels and a great tyre. Personally I would use these as punctures are likely to be few and far between. Conti GP4 Seasons are a tougher tyre but not much more resistant to punctures.WyndyMilla Massive Attack | Rourke 953 | Condor Italia 531 Pro | Boardman CX Pro | DT Swiss RR440 Tubeless Wheels

I did geneva to nice last summer on a set of conti grand sport race and got through with no punctures, that could possibly have been luck though.0
