I posted a bio of my 2003 Kona Explosif a few years ago but now the time has come for me to replace it. Its a sad day after 13 years of ownership! With the changes to wheel sizes, head tube diameters etc, I felt now was the time to embrace the change. I still love the aesthetics and feel of old-school steel frames so when I saw the Sanderson in my LBS, my mind was made up. Could find little to no info online about the frames and very little about Sanderson at all but after a chat with Jon at Bicycle Smithy (Stockport) I decided to take a punt. Plus he took my Kona as part-ex so we compiled a spec to fit my budget and he put it all together for me.
