Rode my Quattro today in anger for the first time. Partnered with new Michelin Power. Despite being the same weight as the outgoing combo, (Aksim 15c and Schwalbe One 25c), the combo just flew (despite me being a bit under the weather). So easy to maintain 20mph+
I couldn't go back to narrow(er) rims.My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)

Actually on the handbuilt front Kinlin do rims which would allow a wheelset with budget. The Kinlin XC279 springs to mind but the fulcrum Racing 5's will do much the same thing.http://www.thecycleclinic.co.uk -wheel building and other stuff.0

Wiggle Cosine 30s really aren't a bad wheel. They're easily under 1500g, tubeless-ready-ish, and I think I paid £220 for my set.0
