Three hours to do a complete strip and service and converted from 3*9 to 1*11 for my p7 pro!
Even more impressed that I did not need to index it.
£209 though - that will be this weeks secret! :twisted:

    I did buy a red (of course) hope bashguard and a set of cable outers which I did not need as they came with the shifter. Forgot to but spare chain and a couple of quick links so on balance paid about £20 too much. Used one of my NW rings. But I was really pleased at how easy it was to set up the indexing! Esp on a 11-40 setup which I thought would be hard.
