Maintenance courses ( 2 hour things) from the lbs

Hi.
I'm considering a lbs provided cycle maintenance course that is a 2 hour thing for £25, thinking that someone watching over me might be a good thing as I continue to learn.
Has anyone else on here done one of these, and how did you find them? Anything in particular you wanted them to cover but they didn't?
