Brake cables - help please
Hi,
I have a Giant TCR 2013 model with di2 & Ultegra group set & want to change the brake cables as I'm doing the pads and servicing the bike in general (strip down, re grease etc).
Only thing I can't find is the 'spec' of the cables. I was going to replace with Jagwires or straight Shimano ones but does anyone know the actual 'model' of the cables so I know which ones to buy? Have seen different types but some help would be appreciated.
Thanks

If you want to stick with Shimano, can't go wrong with these -

They are PTFE coated so stay nice and slick. There are more expensive ones, but don't think they'll be worth the extra money tbh.Scott Foil RC

Is there something wrong with them that you want to change them?0

Is this the model http://www.giant-bicycles.com/en-gb/bik ... ifications ?
STI's should be ST-6770, download the DM-0001A-006-ENG.pdf file from here http://si.shimano.com/#seriesList/51/55
The cables should be Shimano SLR 5mm O.D.with 1.6mm inner wires0 -
Thanks all, really helpful0
