Will these rims fit these tyres?

I have DT Swiss RA 2.0 (622 x 14mm) wheels with size 23 tyres fitted.

I am looking at fitting tyres at size 25. I cannot find anything online to let me know what size tyres I can fit on the rims.

Any ideas please?

    Yes they will fit.

    No problem.
    The inner width is a bit narrow for 25's but with sufficient pressure you'll encounter no problems.
